Easy to use and I liked the updates to the program.
To get the best value I used Groupon to download the software rather than use the Cloud version.
I like the control of having it on my laptop and putting the documents in the Cloud.

I have purchased the software for several years. It works pretty good but is much more software than I need for the 3-4 returns I do for myself and family. The kids have been telling me I need to switch to taxact which they say is free and simpler to use.

Federal software is good; but state of North Carolina was terrible; I have to do a manual NC return; I cannot use your NC software. It does not treat QCD's and federal income properly.
Cons: Time consuming
