As far as the functionality of the software, it is fine. I have used H&R software for over 15 years.
However for the last few years the software has been "buggy". This year, once I created my initial form and saved it, I could not get back into the file without going through the installation process again. It did not seem that it actually reinstalled the product but the installation process was the only way to get bring up the work I had already completely. Fortunately I never lost any input into the form. I ran the program on MAC/OS, latest software version.

I have used H&R Block Tax software since 1993. Easiest by far than other programs. You also can send your tax return electronically and if you have a refund coming, you get it in less than two weeks.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
