I have used Block's tax preparation software ever since TurboTax pulled a fast one, several years ago. I have never seen the need to return to TurboTax.

Consistent and reliable performance of tax software. Appreciate the built in tax advice and explanations. I do have one suggestion though, Can you offer these programs with the cost of the state filing included in the prices like you do for the federal filing? I find it somewhat irritating that the state filing fee is extra. For those of us that have to pay taxes, this is an added insult to injury in paying the state filing fee as well as to pay our taxes...It's a matter of perception I know,

i am disappointed that the documents from merrill lynch are not able to import.
i use merrill and i did not like having to enter everything manually.
if this does not change i will most likely switch to turbo tax.
