Your help program is no help at all. I needed to recheck my PIN because my return was rejected and I couldn't get to it. Your robot doesn't really help and there doesn't seem to be any way to talk to a real person.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy and convenient to download and install. The cost keeps going up every year, but I continue to use it because it is pretty straight forward and easy to walk through the tax task.

The software makes tax prep easier. The state program disappointed though. The West Virginia state program doesn't allow e-filing when claiming the Motor Vehicle Property Tax Adjustment credit. Seems like a simple program update for place to enter the Credit Claim Number that the state requires for e-filing when claiming this credit.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
