Have been a satisfied user of your federal and state tax software for many years. Pretty straightforward to use. Import or financial information so so. Sometimes it works and sometimes not even if institution supports. Also think the fee for electronic state submittal is overpriced and you should consider reducing or eliminating, especially for returning users.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Than, for first time, had to file a ( amended 1040-X return ). ( Got a 1099 form, late ). Was also easy. Received in 6 weeks.

Software is more difficult to use than TurboTax, but it finally worked. Ilogical placement of California estimated tax payments in Federal section. Had to search for it. Good update system.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
