I guess the program works. There's so much that happens in the background that you have to trust the program. I'm not a fan of all the product commercials scattered throughout the interview.

I paid for a second state tax program, but I could not get it to load. I used your online help and your AI help but they just kept referencing themselves and giving circular advice. In the end I could never use the 2nd state software.

The software failed in preparing the state return properly by not effectively incorporating the new tax law changes for the state. We ended up having to amend the return.
