Very difficult to load both my wife’s accounts and my accounts separately from Fidelity and Schwab. Then when done loading, finding out I had to do manual entries… thought your software should handle it as TurboTax had done for me in the past.

Generally thorough and easy to use and useful. Complaints: 1. process of user review and demarkation of status of imported data is clumsy. 2. At the state level support provided to take exemption for interest income on federal obligations is minimal. Tools should be developed to help adjust these 1099's because it gets confusing and error prone quickly,

I've purchased the HR Block Tax Deluxe Federal & State for the last 15 years. It's an adequate product that works. It's missing any real tax help, and the program work flow is showing its age. There is an and advertised AI feature, but I never saw it and it certainly didn't help with anything. The brokerage import feature works very good. The filing review feature really needs to be updated. E-filing worked well. The price is reasonable.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!
