I've used TurboTax for the last 15 years, but they stopped providing programs that would work on Windows10
I'm VERY grateful that H&R Block allows customers to use the operating systems they had without requiring them to upgrade to Windows11 or be forced to put their information out on the CLOUD to be hacked from here to eternity.

Updates&state software install is broken on Mac

For at least the last two years your update for the tax software and the install of state software plus updates is broken on Mac OSX. The update will download but never execute just goes back to update available.
When you try to install your included one state software it again goes through the motions to download it but never installs and when you try again it asks for a credit card instead.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You owe for two payments that I made for my state return. Twice Federal was rejected because of updates. Each time I paid for State. The third time it went through but you never refunded what I paid
