I get annoyed with the updating the software. I believe I had to do it 3 times while working on my tax return. It needs to be flagged by an email when one is required versus when you start using the program. The last one was forced onto me before I could submit tax forms to IRS.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've used this product for many years and have always been pleased with it. It's very easy to understand and use. The feature for a question is also very helpful and straight to the point. It does a final audit possibility check to have you make sure there are no errors that may raise a red flag with the IRS. I used the software and finished my federal and state taxes on Wednesday and had the refund in my checking account in 5 days. I will be using the program for years to come.

Bit fairly straight forward after that.
