The product updates would not install and did not give an error message. I had to manually download and install every update. The AZ state software did not automatically handle the state school and charity tax credits. I'm sure many people use this so making it hard to use is a very poor decision. I had to open 2 tax forms and manually update them. And then it had some questions about the federal deductions that were veery confusing. The product used to be much better.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
