I completed my 2025 taxes, but because I had to include Form 5329 (forgot to take an RMD last year), my tax form is unable to be e-filed. Don't know if this is an IRS issue or a Tax Cut programming issue, but I'll try after one more update before I have to mail my federal tax form to the IRS.

You need to fix your review process; you ask everyone about itemize deductions from a previous year, when they took standard deduction, stop asking about itemize.

Been using H&R s/w for years, always been good. Encountered a software glitch. $ amount box 1/name reverts to other entered 1099R input. Finally realized this after I owed a lot of taxes when I shouldn't. This would happened even after saving the file. Finally ot it to stay correct after several times trying.

I have been using H&R Block tax software for more than 5 yrs and I am pleased with the product. It is easy to use and does an excellent job of pulling previous years returns to speed up current year tax preparation. If your return is not highly complex I would highly recommend it.
