More than 10 years after I notified Block that the Delaware program did NOT account for interest income and similar not being taxable (up to a limit) HRB still has not made a fluent interface between the Fed & DE programs. The customer must still manually enter these items even though they were accounted for in the Fed Program.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ok but I couldn't electronically file.
It kept saying my AGI was incorrect or my PIN was incorrect.
They were both absolutely correct but I could not e-file. Worried I will have the same problem next year.

I've been using H&R Block tax software for a number of tax seasons now and it's always easy to use and delivers accurate results in a minimal amount of time. I especially like that it imports the prior year's basic information (Address, SS#, marital status and the like) saving me from re-entering data.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
