I have used H&R Block software to prepare my taxes for many years, and I have never had any issues until this year. I had several 1099s this year and on three separate occasions, the numbers on some of my 1099s got changed by the software after entering them. One occurrence happened after a software update. On one of them I had to actually go to the form itself and correct an entry because the software was entering the number in the wrong field on the form.

Thank you for providing my own desktop download for Win 10. Turbo tax dumped us all just because we didn't buy new Win 11. Not everyone wants or can afford new computer upgrades . I don't want my taxes done on a companies online platform nor pay extra for every schedul and print like T.T is. After years of using T.T I was forced to switch and glad I did, H&R was easy to download my own desktop version and easy to use. Will purchase again.
