With help and assistance from my daughter, the taxes were filled out, HTB was satisfactory, I filed, Tax auditors accepted, and within a week I had my return. Best program, best response and I tell people how glad I am to choose this program.

In my experience over the past 5+ years, this software is easy to use. Good explanations of different steps and terms for someone with basic knowledge of tax procedures. Our taxes are relatively straightforward and I trust H&R to give an accurate federal and state return. I start looking for the program to be on sale somewhere a few months early. I used H&R software for years so obviously I like it. Only thing I noticed this year was when I printed off just the forms to file it was like 12 pages - even without the background or cover sheets and I have a pretty basic tax situation.
