You would figure after all these years of doing taxes that you'd make you're program more like the one that they use in actual h&R blocks. You should be able to have things that pre-populate when you put in employer identification number and continue to make things user friendly. I still use and enjoy using the program but I think there's a lot of upgrades that you guys can do to make it more worth the price

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

1095-A Health Form Issues

Every thing was great with exception of the 1095-A Health Form - was NOT able to fill it out - so i deleted it even though my wife and i both had health insurance all year ! We were not able to take a tax credit for that . No help provided. The Gov web site was even worse ! So, i will not recommend this SW to anybody.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
