Easy to download. Easy to use. Particularly liked the easy Navigation between different subject areas.
Explanations are written in understandable form.
Room for improvement: Add diagnostics for suspected erroneous entries.
Example: Instead of just flagging an amount for review, add a likely reason for the required review. For example, "the amount appears very high as a tax qualified transfer from an IRA to an HSA". That would have been a helpful hint to check the entry that the RMD was NOT a tax qualified transfer to an HSA.

The new AI-powered Q&A feature was tremendously helpful. I have more complex tax filing needs, so this feature was able to fully respond to my specific situations rather than in broad generalizations that yield incorrect or incomplete answers. The standard FAQs are nice but AI available throughout the process was even better. No more hunting for the right FAQ to find the right answer!

This helps a lot as I'm trying to get into investing more. All in all, a decent experience for doing something taxing :)

I've been a long time user of HRB tax software. Very happy with the HRB expert tax software. Never a problem and always accurate results. The only problem I ever had was remembering to turn off my VPN connection before transmitting my returns to the IRS which resulted in an unsuccessful transmission. Turned off the VPN connection and transmission of return went smoothly. THANKS HRB!
