I've been using H&R Block software for many years and have always found it easy to use. I think you have done an excellent job designing and anticipating what a customer might need. I get frustrated sometimes when an entry is marked questionable toward the end during the final phases.

Inaccurate fund inception date performance data.

My fund “Milliken US Large Cap Stock” shows its Inception Date as 09/29/2025. This is extremely inaccurate. There is Performance Data for 1, 3, 5, 10 years, as well as Since Inception with the Inception Date showing as 09/29/2025.

entering data was easy, tax computation was quick. However, several items prevent processing. The on line suggestions to fix these items are INEFFECTIVE! This program is not worth the trouble. Help screens are unintelligible.

Bought boxed activation code locally, downloaded actual software with no problems. It automatically ingested data from last year. Prompted me through entire return. Filing, acceptance by IRS, and refund went quickly and smoothly. Cons: sometimes lapses into IRS-speak, when a plain-spoken English explanation would be better. Otherwise, all good.
