Ok, easy to use
Can threw doing taxes fairly quickly
I think it's getting a little expensive. And I don't like the add on to file state taxes. I would imagine something like "grok" to go through my taxes with me will soon be a reality, so maybe reduce the cost to keep people like me from moving over.

Usually, I have great experiences with this program. This year's edition has a few glitches. It could be due to the changes in the tax laws. Had to wait extra this for updates.

The software was fine--not super intuitive, not abnormally confusing either. However, I just got a letter from the IRS saying someone had used it to try and claim a refund by stealing my identity. I thought once a return was "accepted" and the money withdrawn from your account, that's it. Anyway, please work on security. I seriously have to call the IRS now, so not looking forward to that.
