Good tax software but with some quirk

It is overall a good software with competitively priced. Only warning is you need to know some basic tax laws because it fails to treat certain deduction properly. It doesn't recognize all cafeteria plans such as plan 457 properly so you need to manually adjust these items in federal as well as in state returns. It doesn't include certain state penalty form calculations such as NJS.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was very disappointed with the DE state tax support.
When I selected an option to calculate an under-withholding penalty, the software basically said "Sorry we don't do that, go to the state's website an do it yourself". Furthermore, after doing that and attaching the necessary form, when it came time to e-file, it refused to e-file my state form and I was forced to print and mail it.
