I had to do an override to get my state taxes to work which meant that I couldn't submit online. It was only after multiple contacts with your help desk that I was even able to do that.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like having all the software & document on my own desktop PC, and this still allows me to do that. Has all the federal & state forms that I need, the interview method works well for me, and I can still directly access all the forms if I like. No extra charge for e-filing the federal, but costs too much to e-file state so I always print & mail that. Does not include form for my local income taxes, so I still have to do that using a pdf from the city.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I am using HR block for the last 40 years. I am thoroughly disappointed this time. I notice there no way to have written communication with you. There is only a person who assigns inconvenient time slots to speak to an advisor for help. This advisor did not called me back at the scheduled time to clarify my residency questions. Ideally, there should be no need to contact you. But in times of need I hoped secure written communication would be possible.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
