Product is good and relatively easy to use. The Help links are frequently of no use. In one case, I had a pair of conflicting statements which I could not resolve. I had to go to the IRS website and do some research to figure out the answer.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Federal worked great, but again this year, the Oklahoma state software won't let me submit my return electronically. Might need to try a different software next year.

Had used for years and Smart Import worked. This year you decided not to fix/support Smart Import for BofA/ML. So while I really needed that feature that I thought I had paid for, it was not provided!
