The program calculates depreciation in such an odd way, it is not consistent. Also changes in the software (and the tax code I assume) happen between years without notification. It is necessary to edit many forms directly because the interview does not ask every question. If you are going to use the product be sure to download the IRS instruction and publication and read them to make sure the H&R Block software is correctly calculating your return and putting the information in the correct fields. I use this product only because I have so many many years and am familiar with all the quirks, and the fact that all the other competing products have worse reviews. If you Itemize your deductions or have a business make sure you are very familiar with the tax law or this program may get you in trouble. They may give you and audit guarantee, but they are not going to pay for your time lost because you got audited.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare
