I have been using H&R block for 14 plus years. Have tried others as well. Block is always easy to navigate, transfer year prior tax returns and use. Over past 5 years my entire family has turned to it. I have never had a problem with Block. I will continue to use it for many years to come.

H&R sends me this every year and I am grateful that they have me on their mailing list...BUT,,,,,, when it's all over they don't tell me how to get to the IRS "where is my refund"... I'm still searching with no results....help? anyone?
