I’ve used this tax software well over ten years, because it works easily every year. It saves me time in filing in the mundane details that don’t change from year to year, and E-Filing is quick and secure!

Your program again was helpful but missed a VERY important feature for me this year. I was unable to download data from my investment firm, Merrill Lynch, who is a pretty big player in personal investing. I am concerned that some deeper data may have been missed or entered incorrectly manually by me. This is a huge reason why I use your software. If the IRS replies that there were issues, or this is not fixed next year, I'll be finding a new program for this purpose.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
