I had trouble using on home computer. It crashed and we had to send it to a work computer which would not accept it so then we had to send it to a personal laptop in order to complete our taxes which took days instead of one
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Maximizes refund, Fast

I should not have to have a previous year's tax filing from you in my prayers computer. You should have it in yours forme to use. What happens when my computer crashes.

So easy! The hard part is getting all of my documentation together, but after that, actually doing my taxes is a breeze! Use H&R Block tax software every year, and it's always great!
