Filling out the information and sending it electronically is quite smooth. Printing a copy was impossible. I finally made it a PDF and was able to email it to myself and print the PDF

I'm using HR Block since a long time ago... always good. No complain.
This year I needed form 4852 but was a disappointed because it wasn't available in the app.
It forced me to file my tax by paper, e-filing wasn't possible anymore.
I'm going to try another software for next year to see if it supports my needs.

This years product did not seem up to the usual quality of Block. For one thing I felt some of the issues presented in efile diagnostics should have been flagged earlier in error check. You think you have completed the return and come back later and run error check before filing seeing all is correct and then get hit with efile issues that should have been previously flagged.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I used your software last year and recommended it to friends. This years product, 2025 tax year, is a major step backwards! It was awkward to use and completely missed a State deduction that saved me thousand. I actually filed an extension and will do my taxes manually the old fashion way to make sure it is accurate. If there is a way to see the actual calculations for each section I couldn't find it.

I have been using this software since the time when you could only get it from a tax consultant. This will probably be my last. This was the worst ever. There were errors in the math and glitches in the software. Numbers showed up in categories where I didnt put them. Certain deductions were listed twice which made it unclear where to enter the information. Especially for people who have 1099s
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
