I have been using HR Block Tax Software since 2007. For me, it is very simple to use, yet has the capability of handling fairly complex tax issues and answering questions in real time. As a CPA myself, I’ve been exposed to numerous Tax Software programs over the years, and I believe that HR Block’s Tax Software is the best on the market, notwithstanding the low price point.

Mostly like this product except when it imported my last year’s AGI, it was wrong figure which caused IRS to reject my e-file. I tried to change this AGI, but it would not let me. Then there is no way I could contact H & R block for help. I really wanted a simple quick chat with an agent at H & R, but there was no way. Disappointed.

Cons: Hard to fix issues
