Been using Turbo Tax for years, this year it was near impossible to navigate, tried H&R Block, very easy to navigate, got hundreds of $ more in refunds, Thanks.

Confusing Results

I always file my own taxes, but this year was the first time I needed to file a state tax return and it was for only a part year. Overall the software was somewhat confusing. There were several iterations (and amounts) for my ultimate federal and state return.
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fairly easy to use. I would recommend that you prompt the user to select regular 1040 or 1040EZ. For a person with a very simple return, this would save a lot of time.
