Easy to use for an x-TurboTax user

This is my second year with H&R Block. It updated easily, downloaded last years
information quickly and was done in one sitting. Couldn't be easier. This is a great
program.

I have been using H&R Block software for years for both my taxes and my families, I find it very easy to use and would recommend to any of my friends.

I use this product every year and it hasn’t failed me yet. I always get my accurate refund, I can chose for the program to guide me through or just click next and go ahead and do it myself and at the end it’ll tell me if I made a mistake somewhere.

Fairly easy to follow, no major problems

I had no problem with this year except 1: I couldn't find a section for a credit for property taxes and 2: when a W2 is missing information for a field there is no option to input that the field is blank from the employer.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues
