I do my me and my wifes every year with HR Block software. I also do another couples after the year I showed them I could get back as much as the tax office...and I am cheaper. Case of beer, good to go.

I BOUGHT THIS AT A RETAIL OUTLET BECAUSE I WANTED THE DISK IN CASE OF REINSTALL. THE MAILED INFORMATION FROM HR HAD ONLY PROVIDED AN INSTALL FROM THE INTERNET. THIS WAS MY PREFERENCE. ONLY PROBLEM WITH PROGRAM WAS THAT IT STATED I NEEDED TO CORRECT 9 DIGIT INFO. ON DRIVERS LICENSE WHILE I HAD THAT CORRECT AND UPON REENTRY, PROGRAM STILL STATED SAME INFO. REQUEST.

Cons: Hard to fix issues

Remembered a carryover from last year. Was not good at explaining payment options, that there is a fee for using credit to pay tax bill or how that was done, file first, then pay later, I kept thinking I missed something.
