Satisfied every year with using H&R block software, whether it be online only version or "boxed" version. However, there were a few hang ups. The boxed version software could not import anything from H&R online. To my knowledge anyway. I had to re-enter all of my dependents' information manually. Also, the auto-population of my AGI from last year did not auto-populate correctly.
Pros: Fast

I've used H&R Block tax software for years now and couldn't be more pleased. It works everytime and is backed by H&R Block. What could be better?
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

I am an experienced tax preparer and I was very impressed with this software, it is easily understood walks you thru finds anything unusual, great software

This is my second year using H&R Block. TurboTax dropped the ball too many times for my taste. H&R Block recognizes last year's Turbo Tax files. It is super easy to pick up with the new software where you left off. Follow all the prompts, input all you forms, and you're done
