Program did not catch a simple error with the change in law forcing me to amend my return and pay a penalty. I’ll have to reconsider before paying for the program next year

HR Block software did not offer importing of Merrill Lynch 1099B causing me hours of extra world to input non-covered stock transactions. They did so without any notification. How does a company leave out of of the largest brokers? Unforgivable

I like the product but l wished the "help/explanation " guidance was clearer. I often need to go thru the se ares to see if it applies to me but it takes forever. Also, the program is a little pricey. Overall l have used your product for several years.
