Thumb drive came in the mail, just put it in the computer and H and R takes care of everything. EASY AS PIE!

Good program

I've used this program for the last 10 years. It's user-friendly. The only issue this year was that my tax was more with the same AGI as last year. If tax tables stayed the same, the tax should be the same. I believe something isn't programmed right this year.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
