Some Features did not Work

This is the first time I had a return rejected, and although it was easily corrected, it should not have happened. I have been using HR Block Software for years. When I went to E-File, the program said since I had used the software in 2016, it would automatically download the AGI from the previous year. The 2017 program entered 0, rather than the correct AGI. I had to "override" the program value in order to refile the corrected return. The corrected return was accepted in less than 3 minutes. A small issue, but one that should not have occured.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare

Happy again this year. Price is high when you are old and your taxes are $0.00 but I Blame the Government for that.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

Cheaper than Turbo Tax. I have use this software ever since it became available.. Easy to use software. Instructions are easy to follow.

GREAT Audit Check reviewing program

I didn't know how much of my charitable contributions I could claim to avoid risk of an audit, and the program told me that I needed to reduce my deductions, yet with only a slight reduction in my claims I still obtained a refund.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

The deduction of non cash has an issue as far as I am concerned. I found no way to edit the detailed items of individual lists. I added blindly to the list and may have duplicated the items. If I missed this edit issue, please let me know.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
