I've been using you product since 2009. This is only the 2nd time I owed taxes.
This is the first year you offered Electronic Funds Transfer which I went back and selected after I found out that paying by credit card would cost over two hundred dollars.
After two weeks of waiting for the funds transfer I called the IRS and they advised me that there was never a ACH transfer request filed with my taxes. So now I have a penalty due (which they still have to calculate).

E-filing is free for 5 returns, but submitting an extension is NOT free! Also, the program is sometimes cumbersome; it's hard to get back to an earlier screen.
