Went through my taxes alright, however, after the error check, trying to navigate back to where an error did or did not occur was at best confusing to me. I have been using the HR Block Tax Cut right up top the current name and version, and i have had the same problem over the years. Somehow I accidentally get back to where I need to be to make corrections, just takes me a bit longer. One other mistake I keep making, is on the income entry, missing completely the proper place to enter my 1099R information. Missed again this year and all at once I went from having a refund to owing the IRS about $3700! I went back four times looking for where I missed this information entry. Finally found it, and put me back on the positive side again. I have also used the Deluxe program, to assist my son and grandson process and file both Federal And state taxex.

Cons: Hard to fix issues

Least cost tax program

H&R Block each year mails me their software disc and now, typically, at a price that is no greater than I can purchase same at Walmart or wherever other then getting it electronically.

Reliable & Straightforward Solution for Fed/CA Tax

I am a repeat user and receive the benefit of the program entering basic data plus needed references to last year's return. Help re items within the return is very good and intuitive. Statistics are thoroughly checked and reported. Even saves as PDF.
