They charged me twice for my State e-File, was hard to navigate when Federal didn't except my return because of an error, fixed error and the program wouldn't let me just re-sign the Federal..made me redo the State also, so had to put credit card info on again and they charged again when they shouldn't have...the program is kind of buggy..not sure if I will use it again.
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
