Fairly easy to use, but I didn’t feel it that my hand was being held as much as previous years. Also, the window wouldn’t enlarge, for an older person this was rough. It appeared to be inside a frame that wouldn’t even fill my laptop screen. It would not increase in size using any method

Cons: Hard to import documents

WAS NOT ABLE TO PRINT MY RETURNS. THE SYSTEM CRASHED ON THE SECOND RETURN AND I WAS NOT SURE IT EVEN WENT THRU. THIS IS A PRINTER THAT I BOUGHT A COUPLE YEARS AGO BECAUSE THE OTHER ONE WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR PROGRAM. SO NOT VERY HAPPY THIS YEAR AT ALL

I aways compute my taxes manually and then run it through with your software. When yours matches mine i figure it is right. So it was right and for that i am happy.
I am 85 and fine the software confusing at times and i miss getting things in the right category and have to go back and find where it belongs. Paper IRS forms are less confusing to me.

I have been using H & R Block tax software for many years without any problems. The questions it asks helps make the whole filing process easier.
However, I needed to file an amended 2024 return after completing my 2025 return and was upset that it would not allow me to file the amended 2024 return online.
Very disappointing.
