Software did not lockup or die on me this year. I believe that was a pleasant first. I exceptional liked that I could file with the IRS electronically with itemized deductions. The suggestions along the way were also helpful, but not intrusive. Overall... the experience was thorough, quick and simple. I only wish there was a feature that would allow me to estimate my taxes for the next year. Thanks and I'll see you next year.

I had the simplest return in years, but still could not e-file in Georgia. My return was returned and I now have to print it out and mail it like it's 1999.
The experience was otherwise painless

Best Tax Software

I used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and was afraid to switch. I am glad to switch. Turbo Tax 2017 crashed constantly.

I am still waiting for my state taxes to be filed. Still pending after weeks. I see no way to find out what is happening either. Not happy about this. They took my filing fee but it still isn't filed.
