Was not able to file the NE state return. Got a messsge to upload changes. After clicking update got a TCunexpected failure dialog box. Tried suggestions given on help. None worked. Eventually had to buy a printer, print out the forms and mail in. Attempts to file where very frustrating

It was easy to do my tax returns. I have used this software for a while now. I haven't had any problems with it. The only thing is that they don't email me about the following year's software anymore. I have to search around and find it.

Disappointed that I have to pay to Efile my state return. Also, that each year I have to edit each of the depreciable assets to the correct asset class and the depreciation method. Other than those items the program seems to work okay.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
