H&R Block mails me the software every year. It's an easy installation and very easy to input your tax data. This year they included a USB device as well! H&R Block is phenomenal software at a reasonable price. A must for the tax season!

Solid as usual, however...

When filing my return, I had the program open overnight because I was in need of data verification for my direct deposit. Once I get to submitting my e-file, the program saves my progress and restarts due to an update. This happened on two returns. My bank account was hit twice for the e-file fees on each return due to this. Currently in pending status, but I will have to think twice about continuing to use this software if the erroneous efile fees aren't automatically reversed and I have to make a phone call to fix this.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I received my software package in the mail (as I have used this product for several years) soon as I received all the 1099's, I proceeded. As we are retired and receiving retirement income in addition to SS this makes it easy to figure our taxes!
