I like the H&R Block Deluxe version, but it would be very helpful to have the previous year's corresponding numbers next to this year's entries for comparison and verification reasons.
Pros: Easy to prepare

There is no need to go to an accountant or tax preparer. The software asks all the same questions

I have been using H&R Block tax software for years. I have found it relatively easy to use and trust in its reliability and accuracy. I think the step by step "interview" process is mostly user-friendly, though there are times when I feel it is not as clear as I would hope. Probably my biggest complaint after all these years is the "next" button. I really wish it would stay in one location throughout the process.

Taxes made simple

I've been using H&R Block Deluxe Software for over 5 years now. The software is easy to use. I get a new CD in time for tax season. Plug it in and purchase on line at a lower price. Every year my information carries over and I only need to update the changes. It's an awesome product that I plan on using until I don't have to pay taxes anymore. You know what I mean! Thanks H&R Block.
