I have been using this product for over twenty yrs . in the past I have tried other software. I have even run others side by side with H&R block and block always came in with better results.

It did the job

I found a couple of problems that I didn't expect.
First, each time I opened the file and checked for updates, it would go into an endless loop "retrieving data" (or words to that effect). I had to cancel the update in the face of a warning that "You may not have complete software". This didn't seem to affect the program.
Second, The software automatically filled in my last years AGI with a totally wrong and unusable number even though I had used H&R Block last year. I had to override the entry to correct it.
Third, The initial download of H&R Block Deluxe wouldn't run so I was granted a free 2nd download which did run. However, the activation code on the 2nd download didn't match the activation code which was auto filled in my return submittal. I left the autofilled code alone and it apparently worked OK.
I was surprised to find these problems because I have been completely satisfied with H&R Block in previous years.

print option

I have used this program for a number of years and I've had trouble with the print option every year. The print box won't shrink down and the print button goes under my status bar and I can't print my return. Very annoying
