Easy step by step

We use this program every year now. It walks us through step by step and has great features and instructions to help us along. The updates come through regularly. You don't need to be a tax expert to complete your taxes even if you have special situations. We have tried other programs in the past, and H&R Block is our favorite by far.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

HR Block deluxe tax

I have used this software for the last 6 years+..only thing I do not like is the SD-100 features. It tells you your refund, prints out with state, but does not give you a file status or any further direction. Confusing......So I go to Ohio site and file.
Pros: Easy to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problems with filing. Had to uninstall and install program several times to get it to work.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
