I bought this and did not complete the download right away. Fortunately I still had the paperwork to bring it to life. There is some confusion about Federal Income and Social Security. That could be a little clearer. I input the SS Income in the Federal and then had to delete it there and re-enter it later.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import

I used one of the H&R Block software CD packages which was mailed to me in December 2017. I began "harvesting" mine and my wife's W-2's from our employer's online sites. I was able to file by the third week of January and our refund was in the bank by 1st week of February! Badda-Bing Badda-Boom!

Activation code would not work to send free

All was great with no complica tions what so ever until we went to send and the activation code for me to e file free would not work. after several attempts we simply used a credit card and paid for it to get it to file. kother than this one hitch it was all ok. in years past never had a problem with it either, thanks Cole Wood

As soon as I receive my H&R Block software in the mail in December, I compute an estimate of my taxes using data I track during the year. I adjust my January estimated payment based on those results. I have been using it for several years and find it very easy and very thorough.

Have been using this product for several years. The import feature is great to have. Doing the short form (standard deductions) is really quick and easy. E-file with direct deposit and had my return in a little over a week. Use it to do my children's returns as it has 5 free federal returns.
