My family has been using this H&R Block-Deluxe for over 20 years.
I am the second generation to use it.

It is easy and very user friendly. I verify with the State laws and IRS and it is all there so I know I am in good hand. Would recommend to all beginners or professionals.

Bought in January and everything worked well except the check status on the submitted and accepted returns. never could get it to work. had to go online with IRS to check.

Happy and disappointed

I filled my federal and state (GA) out today and e-filed both. After running H&R accuracy check and no problems were found I figured everything ok. I filed and several hours later got an email from H&R Block that my federal return had been rejected. Come to find out my 2016 AGI was missing. I think this should have been caught in your accuracy check.
Also see my bank account had 2 pending charges for e filing GA taxes.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to import

Downloaded off amazon at a great price. Did my taxes without any issues with the software at all. I have used H&R Block Deluxe for the last 5 years and went very smoothly.
