For the most part, this is an excellent product. BUT, it made a mistake on my Oregon state return. It missed calculating the "Kicker". Fortunately, the state saw that error, fixed it and sent me even larger refund. This feature should have been addressed by the software.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought the product 2 weeks prior to the deadline to minimize the number of updates. Overall, the product is usable but I think the GUI can be improved, especially with the Error Check findings results, i.e., the application pulls up the Form and Field in question with in my case the fields initial entries being correct. Additionally, the Print Filing results can be improved, i.e., Worksheets aren't necessarily required when filing but when you select "Filing" it prints out the work sheets as well.
The one concern and perhaps unfounded which I have with the product is the accuracy of the tax results, i.e., maximizing our possible return especially since in the 2~3 weeks prior to the April 15th filing deadline the product had ZERO updates.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

For simple tax it's good product but for complex scenarios it struggled a lot. Support also not that great if you get stuck for complex scenarios.
