Needs a little work for Texas Returns

My W-2 has block 15 complete with "TX". When I enter that, the software insists that I complete blocks 16 and 17, but for Texas, those are blank as there are no state income taxes in Texas.

problem adding AGI

I am unable to add the AGI for last years return because I did not file it on H&R
