Easy to use

I have used HR Block's system for years. It has never been a challenge to do my taxes using this software

Missing SD-100 forms

When completing my taxes and printing out the forms, I only got 1 page for the SD-100 (School District Income Tax Return). Is there an update coming to correct this?
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Problems Efiling

For the past two years, I have been unable to Efile because there has been a glitch on the first 1099R transmitted. Regardless of how the information is reentered, the return is rejected because the federal ID doesn't match the payer name.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

MY 2017 TAX SOFTWARE

Purchased the software recently and it was extremely simple. Had to wait until my 1099's became available. Otherwise, I would have completed the return in about an hour
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to fix issues

I have bee a member of H and R block for years.... my mother before me. I highly recommend this to anyone from first time users to many many years of need this. and when any help there is always someone there to help you to get through a problem or have someone there to help you at all times.. as they did with me
