One major issue

Smooth sailing except when I attempted to ask for help the program seems to look for exploerer which does not exist in Windows 10 anymore. Making this program not compatible with Win10 in my opinion. Otherwise works great.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I've been using the H&R Block tax software for few years now. I like the systematic
sequence of the process. It's easy to understand and fill all the info.

Purchased a couple of weeks ago, got my paperwork a few days ago and completed in short time and filed a couple hours ago.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming

I expected to have many complicated issues but the software was very intuitive, easy to use and dealt with an issue that I was afraid that it wouldn't. Good job Block.

This was the easiest tax program to date that I have used, easy to input all the information and then E-file.
