I have used H&R Block for several years and am very pleased with them. The instructions are easy to follow but if there is a question they direct you to where you can find an answer. Will use then again.

I have been using H&R at home for more than 5 years. Info is easily transferred from one year to the next.

Very Good Tax Program

Have used H&R software for many, many years with little to no issues. This year, one minor problem, the software would not update under Windows Vista 64 bit. Had to use my Windows 7 laptop and copy the program directory to my Windows Vista desktop. A little bit of a hassle, but not a major problem. The tax software has always been perfect.
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to install

tax refinds

i was wondering why is it that other people file their a lot more refund back than we do, we have over 16,000 in deductions each year due to medical issues, i herd of some people getting $4,000 to $8,000 back in refunds, we are retire now, but our out of pocket kills us when in the doe nut hole.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
