I have use H ad R Block for several years. It is easy, helpful and FAST.

A bit more user friendly than what I have used

Very user friendly. Don't go for the Amazon Gift Card. You don't get an email with the card info and there is no contact information to correct this or get your money.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I have never attempted to complete my own taxes before, so I was somewhat skeptical & apprehensive. Everything was self-explanatory & easy to follow. It took me just a little over an hour to file both federal & state taxes. Both were accepted within an hour & refunds were direct-deposited in less than ten days! I will certainly use this software from now on! Thanks so much!

Great product

I was a very long time TurboTax user until a few years ago when Intuit tried to pull a fast one with their pricing structure. I switched to H&R Block and haven't looked back. I found it just as easy to use and capable as TurboTax and competitively priced. It's my go to tax software now.
