Worked OK, but I should not have to dig into my 2024 return to determine a NYS underwithholding penalty- the program already imported that return, so it should have had that info already.

I've used this tax software every year since starting my own business in 2014. The user interface is easy to use and the interview process is easy to follow to generate accurate income/expense/investment reporting. I also like that it retains info from the previous year for easier data updates.

Completed taxes sucessfully and e-filed both state and federal returns. NOT SURE IF RETURNS WERE EVER TRANSFERRED TO IRS. Status screen shows NOT FILED.
THERE IS NO ONE TO SPEAK TO. Did my taxes get filed or not. As of April 29, I still don't know!! HELP
